Special Handling
Freight of a non-standard nature creates special challenges within our networks. To ensure that your shipments are delivered on time and in perfect condition, please familiarise yourself with the types of shipments that require special handling and the related charges.
Out of Area
TNT provides customers with collection and delivery services in remote and less-accessible locations for which an additional "Out of Area" charge is applied to recover the additional costs incurred.
Domestic Outer Area

In Canada, TNT provides customers with domestic collection and delivery services in remote and less-accessible locations, for which an additional “Domestic Outer Area” surcharge is applied.
