Q: What documents are needed to accompany my shipment?
All TNT Express shipments must be accompanied by a consignment note. You may chose to fill out a consignment note online using myTNT or by calling us to order a supply at 1-800-558-5555. Shipments that are dutiable and will travel outside North America must also be accompanied by a commercial invoice.
