What is SMS ?
SMS stands for 'Short Message Service' and it's like two way paging using your mobile phone. It allows you to read and write messages by using the phone's screen and keypad.
What this means to you?
Using your mobile phone you can now track your TNT consignments and recieve a delivery status back within minutes.
Which wireless networks does SMS work with ?
SMS works with Telstra, Optus and Vodafone Digital GSM networks.

What does TNT SMS tracking offer me ?
We have designed TNT Australia's SMS tracking to be simple to use. To find out if your shipment has been delivered, whether a Proof of Delivery image is available or other tracking information, all you need to do is send your consignment number in a SMS message to TNT.
How do I use SMS tracking ?
- To use TNT Australia SMS tracking you will need to use an SMS compatible mobile phone or device.
- Firstly, create a new message and type in the letter 'c'.
- Next add a space then type in the consignment number of your shipment.
For example ' C 12345678 '
Send the SMS message to this number.

What do I get back ?
When you request tracking details from SMS tracking, we will return you the latest status information about that shipment. It may report that it is onboard for delivery or delivered. If a Proof of Delivery is available you may view this by contacting TNT Customer Service on 13 11 50
